What to eat?

A Good Fitness Program always start with what you eat throughout the day. "You are what you eat" is a very true statement. The human body is like a car, you have to put premium petrol so that the car will run smoothly without any problem. Below are what I eat to maintain good health and fitness.

A good balanced diet should be high in fibre, mono-unsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants. Low in cholestrol, saturated fats, salt, sugar, and preservatives. "Eat to live, NOT live to eat!" Start this diet today to feel rejuvenated and refreshed!!!! Cheers!

Marcus' 8 Weeks Super Diet for superb 6 pack abs beach body

Day 1

Breakfast: Corn flakes, Soy Milk (reduced sugar), 1 apple.


Lunch: Brown Rice, tofu, pumpkin, spinach, and 1 bottle of plain water.


Dinner: Subway Sandwich (made of: Honey oats bread, cheese, chicken breast, olives, capsicum, lettuce, tomato, onion, honey mastard sauce), 1 packet of mixed nuts, and 1 bottle of mineral water




DAY 2

Breakfast: Oats, strawberry slice, banana slice and sprinkle of raisins

Lunch: Spaghetti Pomodoro, watermelon juice, and a glass of ice water


Dinner: Fish soup, white rice, and 1 slice of papaya.




DAY 3

Breakfast: 2 slice of wholemeal bread, applied with half tablespoon of peanut butter and half tablespoon of olive margarine, and 1 glass of Marigold HL milk.




Lunch: Yong Tau Hu Soup (Consist of: boiled egg, tofu, green veg, fish ball, hotdog, tau pok), 1 bowl of white rice.





Dinner: This meal is for the purpose of detoxing the body. Mixed fruits (Consist of: Pear, apple, dragonfruit, watermelon, honey dew, orange, rock melon, papaya, kiwi, starfruit), 1 natural yoghurt, and 1 big glass of water.





Day 4- Same as Day 1

Day 5- Same as Day 2

Day 6- Same as Day 3

Day 7- Cheat Day
On Cheat Day, you will eat 3 meals a day with anything you had been craving for. Its a time to relax from the regime of healthy eating, so that you won't be mentally taxed. But do take note is that your food serving for each meal should never be bigger than the size of your palm.

Repeat the above 7 days meal plan over the next 7 weeks and you will see a new you emerging! Start planning which beach to party and parade your 6 pack abs! Wooooo hooooo!
